I’m participating in Noor’s Knits’ Easy TC Blog Hop running from Feb 7th to 25th! A new pattern will be released EVERY day from Monday to Friday as a FREE download available for 24 hours only! The patterns featured are perfect projects to try your hand at Tunisian crochet. The best part is that all of the projects being released in this blog hop can be made with a regular crochet hook!
Today’s featured pattern is my Divine Headband. You can download this pattern for free TODAY, February 17th (24 hours) on Ravelry using the code that can be found on the main blog post here.
My Divine Headband pattern is such a great challenge for me. When I joined this blog hop, I already had a design idea in mind but I struggled to work on that design so I wiped it out and created a new one. My mind and my hands work best when being challenged and I get to finish a project in time too!
This pattern is so much fun to make. It is for those adventurous beginners who are not afraid to try new things. It uses Tunisian Knit Stitch and is worked flat with 2 buttonholes which allows you to adjust the size. I used Montana Crochet yarns in DK weight and Boye crochet hook 6 mm, but of course you can use your favorite Tunisian hook if you already have one.
I hope that you like this pattern and will try to make it! I’d love to see your creation. Please tag me @stringsandcuddles and use the hashtags #stringsandcuddles, #stringsaandcuddlesdesigns and #divineheadband.
